It was in Milwaukee, July 1972 - the first of a few arrests related to performing the "Seven Words..." piece.

I shall greatly miss him. He was a very very nice, smart and intelligent man. Thoughtful, funny, of course, and not afraid to expand the boundaries of comedic thought.
