Vegetarian (some might say vegan, but the dough might say differently) cold pizza from Casa Bianca on the far west side (imagine office-park and new-condo hell) of Madison, Wisconsin. I ordered it not knowing it was cheeseless, but the combo of onions, green olives, chopped garlic, and basil was too much to overcome, even if tofu was along for the ride.
