Ah, if only! Unfortunately, it won't happen--just not enough time left. IF the republicans had not held Congress from 2001 to 2007, you can bet your bottom dollar that Bush/Cheney would indeed have faced many articles of impeachment.

About time. It needs to happen, to reign in the presidency and restore some semblance of law to our republic.

At least it will be on the record that someone tried to impeach him when he goes on trial at the Hague as a war criminal.
